I would say yes if the papers have already been filed and they are no longer living together.

I suggest giving it a little bit of time. Divorces can be rather stressful, and you don't want to pile on more stress than she, or her soon-to-be ex-husband can handle. If you rush things, it may make everything more complicated. Locking lips is a very short gesture that can come with a long trail of complications, so maybe you should wait until the divorce is final and she seems ready to get involved in another relationship again.

If she is in the process of a divorce, and has fully moved on from the marriage then I think it's ok. But this needs to be right with you, not anyone else.

The only married woman it is ok to kiss is your wife! But if this one is getting a divorce and separated from her husband, it is ok to kiss her!

NO, NO, NO of it is not O.K. why do you people do that she is still married! Stay away from her until the divorce is final! She is most likely going through a lot right now give her room to breath.

No it is STILL considered ADULTRY and if it is a sticky divorce you could be brought into the middle of it as the " other" person

its better to waituntil the divorce is final for your sake and hers. people change there minds frequently you odnt want to get involved with her until her divorce is finalized that way you dont get hurt

and just waiting on paperwork then it is OK..
