Really depends on your body. I smoke too, so I am thinking not as long as my brothers who are non smokers. There have been people in the past who lived into their hundreds who smoked every day, yet there have been non smokers who have died early. This question is difficult to answer.

My grandfather lived to be 89 and he smoked , chewed tobacco and chased women till the end , even in his hospital bed he would grab a nurse's rear if she got within range . Most are not so lucky as that though .

It really varies from person to person, and how long/how much they smoke. Some people who smoke end up dying from other things, so you never know.

My Grandma lived into her late 80's and she smoked non-filter Lucky Strikes for 60 odd years. So....I'm not sure how to answer your question.
