Is there anyway to convert 8mm movie film to 35mm movie film?

A motion picture lab could transfer the footage from 8mm to 35mm, but the quality would be bad. You won't get any increase in resolution by blowing up such a tiny frame. You could have it transferred to video by a company such as Super 8 Sound.
