Wash the laces in bleach with your whites, & use a mr. clean magic eraser on the shoes. Works great without bleach or soaking your shoes.

I always throw my tennis shoes in the washing machine. I haven't messed up a pair yet. Depending on the amount of soil, they may come out looking as good as new.

remove the laces, and use a rag with water, if that doesnt work, use a mild bleach solution. Dry after your finished.
