No, that's arrogant and incredibly stupid to think that way; in fact, I hate people who project that they are never wrong.

I'd like to think so (as with some other people too), but unfortunately we're human and this is our nature in the very beginning unless we are so sure about what we have done (and yet it doesn't guarantee if we are right or wrong).
Today you get to do something 'right' but it may be wrong later tomorrow...
Learning to see both right and wrong within us helps us to improve ourselves.

well I like to think im right but 50% of the time it turns out that I am wrong :( I live with it though
