I'd like to think so (as with some other people too), but unfortunately we're human and this is our nature in the very beginning unless we are so sure about what we have done (and yet it doesn't guarantee if we are right or wrong).
Today you get to do something 'right' but it may be wrong later tomorrow...
Learning to see both right and wrong within us helps us to improve ourselves.
