I'm not convinced you've ovulated yet at all.

Is the previous chart (for your cycle starting Jan 22) complete? Meaning, does it contain all the data? It appears as though you did not ovulate that cycle, and I don't know what's going on with this current cycle, either. It could be that you ovulated in the 17th and are having a slow temperature rise, but with the temperature spikes earlier in the cycle it looks more to me like either 1) your hormone levels are not steady right now and you may not have ovulated recently (last cycle or this one) and/or 2) your temperature readings are unreliable and therefore your temps appear to be all over the place. Considering the number of times you recorded eggwhite quality cervical fluid but seemingly did not ovulate...I'm inclined to go with the #1.

Especially with a diagnosis of PCOS it seems to me that you're not ovulating. What kind of tests did you have and what has your doctor said? Have you discussed the use of Metformin?

To be sure that your temp readings themselves are reliable, you may want to switch to vaginal temping (assuming you're temping orally now). Oral temp readings are easily effected by room temperature, mouth breathing, etc. whereas vaginal temps are much more reliable and steady. It's *possible* that you will see a clearer pattern if you try vaginal temping. Again, however, keeping both of your charts in mind, I'm inclined to think you have not ovulated (at least, not since January 22) and that you should consult with your doctor about Metformin, diet, and other means to give your body a kick start.

Also, I recommend the forums at http://www.tcoyf.com -- first of all, there are some forums there specifically for women who are TTC with PCOS. Second, it's an active forum and you'll find many experienced charters there to help you, many of whom have also been dealing with PCOS.

Best of luck.

From looking at all of your charts it appears that you are not ovulating at all. Are you getting your period naturally each month or are you taking provera to bring it on? I would not suggest using OPKs if you have PCOS as someone else suggested. I found out the hard way when you have PCOS your body releases the hormones for ovulation several times during the month without actually ovulating so OPKs are not reliable. I would speak to your doctor about your annovulation and I would take him your charts. I really think you should see an RE (reproductive endocrinologist) as they are much more knowledgable about PCOS. Sometimes Metformin isn't enough to get you ovulating and you need to try a little more. Good luck. I know how awful PCOS can be.

Im as confused as you are so i suggest a doctor or maybe a test form a pharmacy then do and estimated average and go from there math helps then you can say you use that stuff in real life to your kids (thats only if it works)

Good Luck!!!

Those are all really just guesses. Every woman is different. A Ovulation kit from any pharmacy would help you to better determine your ovulation time.
