If you're wondering *what* the structure is, type them into google image search. Example: http://images.google.com/images?svnum=10&um=1&hl=en&q=m-chlorotoluene&btnG=Search+Images

Wow, I'm shocked, google has failed me. 1-bromo-3-methylcyclopentane is not to be found.... Draw a pentagon, draw a line to a Br from one corner, and two corners away draw a line to a -CH3.

If, on the other hand, you're asking *how* you could draw their structures, two free chemical drawing packages:
http://www.acdlabs.com/download/chemsk.html
http://xdrawchem.sourceforge.net/windrawchem/

I recommend the first one.
