My aunt is my fathers sister. If she divorced her husband, the father of my cousins, would he still be my uncle because he is the father of my cousins or is he only my uncle because he is married to my aunt?

Legally, no. But out of respect for family, yes. My parents have been divorced for 15 years, and my father's nieces and nephews still call my mom Aunt *-* out of respect.

No, once he is no longer married to your blood relative your aunt, he only is considered as your aunts ex, and your cousin’s father. He no longer has that privilege to be called uncle by you.

He is only your uncle because he is married to your aunt. If he is an important figure in your life then there is no reason you can't continue a relationship with him.

My aunt and uncle were divorced years ago and my uncle was still my uncle after they were divorced. My aunt was my mom's sister. We have always considered him our uncle.

If yall get along and you family likes him than yea he's still you Uncle, but if he treated you Aunt like crap than no he isn't I matter how you feel about him.
