i fell and landed on my hand?

Well one of my fingers feels, odd. I can't make a complete fest or bend it completely straight, it's very painful. However I can still move it around and type with it. Should I get it looked at? I fell off a step and landed on it I believe. I never broken anything before, so I don't know how that feels.

Yep, I think you sprained it because of the fact you can move it. Put ice
on it and some Motrin for the pain and give it a rest it should heal in
a week or two. I've sprained my thumb several times catching footballs
and your injury sounds just like the ones I had.
