I like to see all Uk teams do well in all competitions but lets put our hands together for Northern Ireland. I am from Belfast and the fact is I hate to see our teams (UK) getting beaten more times than they win. Do you not think that the English press build the team up to be the favourites in every competition they qualify for just so as they can rip the S**T out of them when they lose.
I stick by Northern Ireland and I am proud of our small country doing so well.

Dirty Leeds? This isn't 1975, son! If Leeds was as they were like around the year stated, they'd probably be in the top three of the Premier league!
Did you notice how patronising the English commentators were before Northern Ireland beat them when they played in Belfast - the poor boys were so sad at the way their team was playing, a couple decided to voice how things were thirty or so years ago when England played, on the theme of '...you could hear bangs in the distance when I came here last', and the nearer the full time whistle went, the more they decided to air the bombings. I'm from Coventry, but was also pleased to see N.I. run rings around England - remember though, clearly the commentators deciding to get all sneery and nasty, mentioning the Troubles and other side-swipes.

Don't think he will ever be a George Best but perhaps he will have a longer and more fruitful international career at least.
Yes its good when our little country gets success and recognition for something positive instead of all the bad press we receive !
Well done Northern Ireland !

A "liberal" as a ways by way of fact the US is in contact is a reasonably modern term. the 1st liberals as an prepared political pass exceeded off around the turn of the 20 th century as a reaction to the Robber Barons and Bolshiviks and have been the beggining of the midsection type. perhaps Teddy Roosevelt became the 1st liberal president? He ran on a "bust the trusts" slogan and he became a republican. people who supported England have been worry-free as "loyalists", people who supported the south in the process the civil conflict have been democrats or dixiecrats, and the Quakers continuously have been antislavery and you may't get greater conservative than them. i'm no supporter of the GOP i'm merely pointing out a number of your misconceptions. Liberal is a grimy be conscious immediately by way of fact it rather is been hijacked by the Democrat party that's definately no longer LIBERAL. The theory of political correctness and revisionist history have been initially a Stalin/Bolshevik coverage. Hitler used them too. As do people who declare to be Liberal interior the US immediately. in case you have been to translate the words immediately to their unique meanings it could be something like this Liberal = Socialist Neo-Cons = Robber Baron/Elitist Conservatives = individualists = they may well be the authentic classical liberals and you will no longer see any of them on television or related to a political party. ask your self does and independent conservative rather need to work out each and every thing stay the comparable? Or are they stressful accountabilty and alter? you're a classical liberal as am I and maximum individuals, we have no representation.

My mate (who never watches league football) thinks he's a genius. I'm just confused. He doesn't seem to get it done in the league. Does he raise his game for his country or lower his game in club football? If he played like that every week, week in week out he'd be in the prem on 100 grand a week.
