Your monthly pay stays the same because, like most people, you get paid per CALENDAR month - ie your annual salary divided by 12.

Depends on how often your employers pays the staff, if you get paid every 2 weeks then the last week of the 5 week month with be on the first pay of the next month.

If you get paid bi-weekly (every two weeks) you will receive 3 checks twice a year which makes up the 5 week months. (52 weeks / 2 = 26 checks)

You get paid per calender month, i.e. your annual salary divided by 12, so it will be the same however many weeks are in the month.

If you are salaried your wages will have been worked out over the year for a monthly payment, irrelevant of the number of days worked.
