I love my Crocs. I have several pairs of the Caymans and those are casual. But they do make a ballet-slipper style called the Prima, that may work for you. I have not tried on a pair of them yet, but a friend of mine has them and just loves them. Crocs are way comfy.

I went to DSW and bought a bunch of comfy, mostly flat shoes from Naturalizer and Easy Spirit. Those two brands seemed the most comfortable to me and they had a range of super-casual to semi-dressy/business styles. Any type of shoe that isn't too high heeled (man, do I ever miss my heels!) and that provides cushioned support and a little "wiggle room" for those days when your feet look and feel like bloated boats should work! Happy shopping.

I bought a really cute pair of Steve Madden flats. They are way comfortable. I love the slip ons because I end up walking around the office barefoot most of the time though.

In my opinion Born make some of the most comfortable shoes. I would start there. They are a bit on the expensive side though. Well worth it though.

Dansko clogs. They make some cute sandals and dress shoes now, too. Very, very comfortable, with great support, especially if you have to be on your feet.

Anything soft, with thick, cushioned soles, and preferably slip ons. I can't reach my feet anymore - thank God its getting warm enough for flip flops!
I haven't tried the Crocs, but all the nurses at my hospital wear them, and they are on their feet all day. Depending on your job though, that probably wouldn't be such a good idea.

Earth Shoes from Walmart are soft and wider than others I think. I never wore them while I was pregnant....(I had memory foam slipper that I never took off) I am thinking they would be really really nice though.
