The long answer is no, because like any living organism, plants need to "breathe". In other words, they need to absorb Hydrogen, in order to complete theor process of photosynthesis, which then creates the byproduct of Oxygen, which we all enjojy so much.

The only plant that will grow without water is called an air plant but even it still needs a very light misting once in a while

Nope. Even desert plants need water. They can go without water for a long time, but the little water they do get they absorb right away and store it. Thats why if you cut a cactus theres water.

If there is enough humidity in the air there some plants like Stag Horns that will obtain enough moisture out of the air.
But all plants need water of some kind.

No, plants need sunlight and water in order to grow. I have heard of soil-less growing mediums, but, light and water are still necessary.

A plant needs water and sunlight for photosynthesis (or water and chemical for chemosynthesis)
Water is a necessity for most living things, with out water it wouldn't vitamins and mineral needed.

there is one that you don't have to water at all. in fact, it doesn't even need soil. it draws everything it needs from the air. it's called an air feri. they are very inexpensive, and almost totally idiot proof.
