Mr. Clean generally doesn't harm a surface such as this. Perhaps the streaks are where it is cleaner?
If not, then try Murphy's Oil soap or a milder floor detergent. There should be no permanent damage from Mr. Clean in my experience (with flooring anyway).

Mr Clean is only a cleaner. It will usually streak. Use Brite or Mop and Glo after you clean your floor with Mr. Clean and it will leave a nice shine on your floor with no streaks.
Good Luck, hope this helped!

A mixture of 2 parts water and one part white vinegar. Then wash the floor with this, then after it dries,go over the floor with plain cool water. Then use a towel to dry it and "buff" it. If you have children, allow them to sit on the towel while you pull them around on the floor, you would be amazed at how shiney the floors get. I am serious I used to do this with my Daughters when they were about 2-4 yrs old, they loved it and my floors never looked better :-)
