Well, my grandmother is Scottish, and my cousins in Aberdeen are big SNP supporters, but outside the politics of Scottish Independence, I as an American would have nothing to say against the English people. Andorra 0-3 England, I didn't even question it. Cheers!

I love the accents. I have yet to meet an ignorant English person. My fiance is from there and his family and friends all carry themselves very well compared to how Americans are. The only negative for me would be I don't always get the sense of humor, but that's not a big deal.

A most gorgeous Country, filled with history, magnificent structures, cultured, and great people. Some of my best friends are English and are rolling out the carpet for my trip there in October.

I have had good and bad expeirences. So I can't really make a judgement on you all as a whole. Some of you are pretentious and others are really nice. As a whole though I like you all. And you have to love the accents.

When I think of England I think of the country and old buildings...It's probably a lot nicer looking there. The way you talk is different too...but nice!
