There is an estee lauder one in a blue bottle - oh my god , it's amazing. No residue. Ponds makes a good cucumber laced exfoliating pad (like 30 of them in a package). It's quite good - and less expensive than the estee lauder.

I don't know what your budget is but my favorite is Mary Kay oil free eye makeup remover, $14.00 a bottle. Sounds like a lot but it lasts a while and gets off even heavy mascara. I have allergies so I need to use something non-irritating. It's not oily, has 2 layers in the bottle that you shake up to mix.

I am a huuuuuuge fan of Cover Girl's "Clean". It comes in a little white bottle with a blue "Clean" right on front. Although it is a small bottle, it lasts quite a long time. I turn the bottle over onto one of those round cotton pads and that is all I need for both eyes. Also keeps the bottle from getting contaminated ;) And at less than CDN $5, it is super cheap!
PS - If you are going to re-apply makeup afterward, be sure to thoroughly wash your face. This stuff contains conditioners which soften your skin, but take awhile to absorb. It would be futile to apply makeup directly over top.

Okay, well the kind that I like the best is Mary Kay eye makeup remover. It is oil free and in my opinion, works great. I was getting it for seven dollars at the time because my boyfriend's sister was selling it and giving it to me for her buying price, but now that she stoppedselling, the actual price to buyer's is $14.00. Being that I am pregnant right now, and don't have too much money to work with, I went to wal mart and got the maybeline kind called expert eyes, and it is way to oily.

I use all origins skincare products.
They're all natrual and they work for any type of skin leaving it feel smooth, clear, and fresh.
I also use their eye remover too to remove my mascara and eyeliner. It smells and works great. Its highly expensive so you can try it and their cleansers, toners, and moistruziers.
They all work awsome.

But any eye remover will work just as fine too. Try Netrugena eye remover or makeup remover. My older sister uses that one and it works too and its only about 3 dollars.

This amazed me, but my daughters use Johnson's baby shampoo. It really works and there are no tears :)
That has got to be the least expensive as all 3 are in college.
