magnifier for computer screen?

does anyone know if they make a magnifier for a dell laptop flat screen something simple that hangs over screen

I don't think you'll find one. If you think about it, in order to magnify the screen, the device would have to make the screen bigger than it is...which means the device would have to be bigger than the screen...which means it won't hang over the screen very well.
