I haven't really watched it before, just the end of the last one. But my God - I couldn't believe how patronising Rob was, yes he should have gone. To try and pass ALL blame on to the other 2 was unreal... and as for Tre... what I complete pillock - I've never seen anyone so full of themselves in my life. How could he accuse anyone of being rude when he was swearing and shouting... I was off my sofa and up front and personal with the TV..... I need to get out more.. haha

Andy was only fired because he was in the project manager seat - the real mistakes were from the 2 girls.
Sure, he could have shown a stricter management style and this would have kept him in the show, but I like his personality! Makes a nice change from all that I Am c**p from most of the other contestants, plus a touch of enthusiastic management-speak hilarity.
Hard to say about the others - Tre and Jadine in particular could go either way, love/hate. And as for the posh boys...hmm, not particularly liking.
Going strictly by the rules, the right person was fired. However I feel the show has lost a potential 'personality' from day one.
Looks set to be a good one!

I think he wasn't strong enough to dominate the women, which shows not very good management skills, and i don't think that hes wayof planning and discussing the "plan of action" was the best one. Although they werein pressure, they still had a day to work things through, and plan, and organise, and talk, and agree, and get to a conclusion, and know what everyone is doing... and it was only a small van, selling coffeee....scouts do that kind of work as found rising...and they manage all right! But in the other hand, the girls were not that competent either... I mean 200 litres of milk? for 8 hours of coffe serving? ? hum... and then it was quiet sad the way they just pushed all the blame to the poor guy... and it was a bit like women united will not be bitten...type thing...The girls whom pick up the spot were completely out of mind when they stayed there selling coffee much more expensive then the shops and in a dead place... I mean... for someone who knows London, you would expect better.... if not do some research...they had a day.. in between all those people you could have worked things out...

I liked Andy, he was genuine but even though he clearly didn't want the project manager job - he gave it a go. Should not have gone as were far worse, dominant characters needing a firing.
Jadine - don't even get me started. What a power-crazed lunatic - you got to be nuts to put her in-charge - she was hated and what a stupid decision to break up Tre Azam and the other guy, as they were taking the cash. lol. I'm shocked Sir Alan put her in command - but I reckon was done for the cameras, you know add a bit of conflict (always good for ratings that).
These are the best business brains in the UK? Oh please, I'm trying not to laugh. Yah let's sell our coffee where the established trade has the market sewn up, oh dear.
Give Tre a chance - as anyone would get annoyed at a nightmare team leader like Jadine.

Andy was a great guy, but he made two big mistakes: first, he didn't plan properly for profit/loss, and second, he wasn't available as a manager for hours when the women needed him. His team was TERRIBLE, that's for sure, but he wasn't a strong manager either and therefore Sir Alan had no choice but to let him go. By the way, I think the guys ambushed him into taking the lead on the team. But there again, Andy could have told them he didn't agree with their decision, and once again, he chose to "be nice" rather then tell them to p... off. (How arrogant of the guys to have made a decision while he and the other guy were out of the room! For this reason alone I hope all the guys lose. I will be rooting strongly for the women!

No,
I didn't think so because in a team its easy to blame one project leader where as everyone should be able to use their own judgement and stand at right time when something is not done rightly.
Stand up at that time. Use your own commonsense when you cant see customers and you want to change the location rather than waiting to have a word with project leader and if you are taking too much stuff tell at that point. Don't leave calculation on one person their should be counter check.
Moreover it was the first task where you are new and doesn't know the other person. So give the time to the team and project leader to have some understanding between the team members rather than just blaming the project leader.

The right person was sacked although the other two candidates was on the winning side so they were safe, however the manager of the boys team was awful, because of her bad decision making, for some reason she wanted to show her authority, when there was need. The boys were getting on very well without her bickering. Tre redeem himself by putting his manager in her place after lying about The company´s name. The sacked manager was two faced and one could see right through him.

Absolutely. Nice guy and - he reckoned - a decent salesman, but a good salesman doesn't always make a good business leader.
You've got to be organised, and he wasn't. Gerrie was daft not to move the van herself, but if it went pear-shaped again he would have blamed her.
The physicist is clearly mad. Even I know 20 litres of milk would probably do a hospital for the day!
But at the end of the day, he didn't appear to make decisions (although that could have been missed in the edit) and the one he did make, to take the van back to the stall, was daft. He'd have been better sending it to a DIY store car park.
I also didn't see him stopping the girls buying the snacks. I'd have said 'yes' to a couple of boxes, but 400? I doubt Starbucks would sell that many in one or two stores in a day.
He also blubbed! Pathetic!

I like you, you remind me of me when I was young, naive and stupid.
In my opinion and many others, Tre and that other chap seemed to be performing better than most. The drive, determination and passion was all there and it showed really well in his favour. Yes, he made a mistake with the company name but did bloody well to redeem himself. He's a young feisty chap and there's a reason why he got on the show.
The only one out of the lot that really got to me was that other project leader (the one from 'three non blondes') Gardine or whatever her name is! She made me throw a peanut at the TV and I have definitely put a mark against her card for that!
Best of luck to Tre and all the other candidates

Yay!! An Apprentice fan!!!
That Tre guy is cruising for a slap, he is easily wound up and would be a nightmare to work for. He needs to go!
And come on, was his old company's name not going to log in the memory of Sir Alanor his researchers? The man is too cocky and it'll bite him in the butt.
The right guy got sacked, as i found him patronising and lacking control. But how daft were those girls to sit there with no passing trade and cafe's with regulars teeming around you? Irrelelvent of whether your boss is incommudicado, common sense is in us all (i retract that!) Why didn't they go to train/tube stations? People with money wanting caffeine kick. Simple.
Oh, I can see this is going to be a good one
(How p!ssed did the fired candidate look in the cab! Classisc TV!)
