I've been takinh Yasmin low for about a year. I know it's 99% effective, but Iam pregnant. 4 weeks pregnant. I was just wondering is there is anyone else that has gotten pregnant while taking the pill?

I got pregant with twins while taking birth control, and there are alot of women that get pregant while taking the pill. Nothing is 100% effective like you said it's says that it's 99% thats not 100% so there is always that what seems like a little chance that happens alot. The best of luck to you and your new family!!

My best friend gotpregnant while taking the pill. I think she finally deduced it to the fact that she would take her pills at irregular times and forget it maybe 4 or 5 times a month..
Were you not prepared for a pregnancy, and have you gotten a chance to talk to you Doctor about this?
I would say your lil baby is a Miracle then..if theres a will, theres a way!

Yep, and I took the shot (depo) November 17th. Now I'm 11weeks pregnant! The doctor assured me there is nothing to worry about by way of birth defects. Nothing is 100% except abstinence. Best Wishes!

I know a girl who was on birth control and used a condom and got pregnant. Nothing is 100% except not having sex. Congrats on the pregnancy though! Its a blessing, remember that!

I did. It wasn't that brand but I did. I also gave birth at 38 weeks to a healthy 8 pound perfect little girl! Good luck

I can't ake the pill becasue of its side affects so not the pill but the patch had been on it for 6 months and didn't miss or anything.

yep! my 3 year old daughter was conceived on birth control. (Otho tri cyclen) it was actually due to the antibiotics i was taking counteracted. and now i am pregnant again while i was on birth control. yep it is very important to take the pill daily!

YES, I WAS ON A BIRTH CONTROL PILL AND I STILL GOT PREGNANT. SO YES IT IS POSSIBLE. MAYBE U TOOK YOUR PILL 2 LATE R MISSED A DAY. R MAYBE THE GUY WAS LIKE MINE AND SWITCHED UP YOUR PILLS. GOOD-LUCK

both of my aunts kids were birth control babies. some antibiotics or other meds can make it less effective. or super sperm,lol. good luck and congrats.
