Coz its a hookline. One of the producers thought of it, and it obviously caught on. You will never hear The Apprentice advertised without the words "You're Fired!".
Its like Vicky Pollard's(from little britain) yerbutnobut etc.
or Cathrine Tate's "Am I Bovvered?".
The main thing is that it works, and everyone says it in work and school the day after!

They are all actually hired and payed to do the show with expenses and each task is working for Sugar ect so yes he can fire them.
