and its hurt to walk normally .. not alot but i can feel it

Yes it is likely due to the fact your foot has been immobilized and cushioned for such an extended period of time. It is possible that the plantar facia has shortened and with use is giving you grief. You can:
Ice pack it when sitting (freeze a 2/3 full half liter water bottle and roll with your bare or sock foot on the floor for relief as well)
Use anti-inflammatory meds (ibuprofen, acetaminophen)
If it hurts badly, please consult the doctor who removed your cast for further assistance.
