Get hima TV in his room if he dopesnt already have one, or a Wii, or some video game he really wants, or go to an amusement part with him and 2-3 of his best friends.

If there's enough room in your house, it could be there, you wouldn't pay as much as if you'd go to a place like chukee cheese, or however that is written... I agree with the ones who tell you to buy him a Wii, is really fun, and the best thing is that people of all ages enjoy it, really. The only thing to recommend for the Wii, is to buy rechargeable batteries, 'cause every control uses 2 AA. The Wii Sports title that is included is the one everyone loves, and also the Wario game is really fun and funny. So you could invite his friends and relatives, have some music, hamburgers or pizza (a fun lunch), with potato chips, sodas and stuff. Also consider if there are children or people who could not eat this things (like someone who has diabetes or needs to go on a special diet) and have something prepared for them, it'd be nice and very considerate. And the most important, try and have everybody, the adults and kids, in the same conversations. A pinata (a mexican piñata) stuffed with lots of candy would be really cool. Two of them would be awesome (but be sure it is made about characters he likes, or at least something neutral).
Think what would be really cool for a party when you were 10.

let him have a sleepover with a few of his best mates. not lots because that would be carnage. and if you have the time, you could also make a buffet with his favourite foods. if your stuck on what to get him. ask a relative or a friend to ask him what he likes. but not directly so he doesn't suspect anything.

If he is not a wussy then take him and a couple of his friends to a paintball facility. They will love it.

I think u can buy him something he really likes like bike.Or other stuff that will make him happy.and don't buy him cheap suff like a bus pass
