Please make sure your horses go to a good home! Just because you need to sell them quickly doesn't mean they should be handed off to the first person who is interested in them! If you're going to school in the fall, you have a good 3 months to sell your horses, so please take the time to find a good owner(s) for your horses. I had some sucess on www.dreamhorse.com it is a nice site. Or even a newspaper, flyers at a tack or feed store, barns. Take them to a schooling show, show them and put a For Sale sign on the pad. Where I live we have an animal auction twice a year. The problem with this is alot of the animals there are not well taken care of by their owners especially the horses. But I'm assuming that your not one of those people; the horses there are almost always sold.

Just please be careful about selling to people that will in turn sell for meat. This exists still on a rather large scale here in the United States!
