I take OrthoTri-Cyclen Lo and it's worked for me, and has low hormones so I don't have the side affects that I had with the other dosage but as for condoms Durex is suppose to be the strongest brand, I researched after having my last child.

there is no best. its based on your preference and what your body can handle. You'll just have to try it out. I'm terrible at taking pills, so I got the shot.
As for condoms, trojans?? your clinic will give you free condoms.

Abstinence is the best birth control method. 100% effective. =-) Seriously, I just used the pill, but discuss it with your doctor they can give you the best advice.
