eat lots of protein and carbohydrates
try high protein drinks,shakes, and pasta meals
but don't over do it :)

I've had the same problem.... I'm 30yrs old 6ft tall and weigh 135 lbs. I've tried eating lots of pasta and body building formulas. All that happens is I build muscle that just seems to burn more fat. I've been told all my life that my metabolism will slow down the older I get. Just try to be happy with who you are, even if the picture in the mirror isn't exactly what you want it to be. As long as you are healthy and have energy then don't worry.
*breath of fresh air, someone not lookin to skinny up.

You must be young,lol, cause let me tell you something babygirl, when you get older that won`t be a problem. As for now try drinking mil;kshakes, or eating a lot of ice cream.

Lots of bread and chocolate, if you can eat twice as much food as you normally do at dinner. Plus have snacks between meals and just before bed.

eat whatever you want whenever you want. snack constantly. you will gain fat that way. if you want muscles then you must weight train.

eat a lot of carbs, pb&j sandwiches, white things and just sit around, don't exercise.
