my g/f has this idea that she is pregnant, she is urinating a lot, having pains pains in her lower left adomen also, in her lower back and pressure she describes that feels like is pushing in her rib cage, she also says she feels a burning sensation in her stomach..she thinks she's pregnant, but i really doubt it being that we have only had sex once, the doc gave her 2 urine preg test in different ocasion, seeing as though he thinks it might be kidney, urinary track, or bladder he sent her for an x-ray, im afraid that the thought of her being pregnant is making her stress out, so i thought that i would also take her for an ultrasound so she can see theres nothing there, although the doctor said it might even be and ovarian cyst because they run in her family, her mother had an ovary taken out because of this... i know shes not pregnant because it was during her period and on top of that we used a condom n it didnt break, she had a short period, but stress can cause that, n 2 neg test

I would say she is not pregnant and it sounds more like stress the only way to say for sure is to go to the doctor if it is an cyst then an ultrasound will show this up and youll see if there is a baby there or not an examination of your tummy or an internal will tell a doctor your pregnant or not. a doctor will be able to feel the uterus and when you are pregnant the cervix is closed
but it sounds like the doctor is sure she is not otherwise he would not send her for an x ray
a blood test would say for sure if she is pregnant or not also either way she needs to find out what going on so she can put her mind at ease

Sounds like you need a urologist to start with. If you have a university hospital where you live, it will be easier to get her in there than into a small clinic. This specialist will know where to send her if he can't help. A general practitioner might miss something that a specialist can spot right away. The symptoms you describe may be kidney and bladder related especially if the pain origin is in the back and radiates to the front around the hip area and drops down in front. Don't wait on this one, get her in ASAP.

It does not sound like she has pregnancy symptoms... to me it sounds like a bladder infection, or even a kidney infection. I dont know the symptoms of ovarian cysts, but i hope she doesnt have that! Good luck with finding out the problem!

Sounds like it could be tons of things. Yes, take her to a doctor. Make sure they take a full history and any medications she's taking!

If it will make her feel better than yes. Do what you have to do. Stress alone can cause her to have symptoms of pregnancy. Good luck
