Is it okay to say "Some Man, or Some Woman," like when we say "SomeOne, or SomeBody."?
Grammer Grammer : using "some" with singular noun, like " man, or woman."
e.g. Some man/some woman asked about you? instead of
Somebody/someone asked about you?

Yes it is used by American English speaking people. It's considered a less educated and rude way to say it.

It's just more specific, giving gender. Better to say A woman or A man asked about you.

You may say it, however in English, it is not commonly used in grammar because it is believed to be disrespectful in a sense.

You can say: A man called you. Or: A woman called you. That would be fine.

It is used, but not recommended. It comes across flippant and disrespectful, though it's hard to articulate why.
