if you wanna download something but dont know the administrator password. How do i get around it i just wanna update my flash player im not a kid im 23 bored at work and cant watch youtube you understand

Unfortunately, you do need the admin password to gain access to install updates and programs. There's not much you can do with a non-admin account. You shouldn't be running up the bandwidth either by watching YouTube. The company probably deliberately blocks access to YouTube by not allowing Flash updates and if you are caught watching it you could get fired. Get a video iPod and watch some videos on there once in a while if you're bored.
