Is the Mahaburo manga approcriate for 13 year olds?

Welll, the anime version [which usually is more toned down then manga versions] is rated TV14. So the manga version is more then likely rated 16+ This is because its a harem genre title which means that they probably is scenes of nudity and sexual innuendo. Kind of an ecchi title.

It's probably not appropriate for 13 year olds, but if a 13 year old is mature, then I suppose it's okay, although I'd suggest manga with a bit more quality in it, such as Rurouni Kenshin, Fushigi Yuugi, Trigun, X.
