do you mean a brand new, just born seconds old baby? or a newborn that is a few days old?

if you mean the latter--I would assume that someone was putting alcohol in the childs bottle...

Use of antimicrobial products like hand sanitizer could lead to a very low amount of alcohol in a child's system. Other products also contain alcohol, but hand sanitizer was the main one that comes to mind being used a lot around babies.

No - the only way alcohol can be in a unborn or newborn baby's system is if the mother ingested it.
