It's sad because I met a few Iranian students recently and almost none of them seemed to support the "madness" of its President Ahmedinejad - also, most Iranians are unable to travel abroad because few countries like to give them visas.

Iran is a very large country with geopolitical importance across the whole Middle-East, Turkey (they are neighbours) and the Caspian Sea region. Also, India had traditional ties with Iran which is diminishing with the country's need to not offend USA

Also, Iran is working on long-range missiles and nuclear reactors which are not allowed access by International agencies.

I just wonder where is it going to end up? And when?

Anyways, Iran is a much STRONGER country than Iraq and Bush regime may not have that easy walk-over to depose its regime and put a democratic government considering how badly they've screwed up Iraq -

And being an unstable regime, they wouldn't mind using nuclear weapons!

There is indeed a reason to WORRY

Thus the reason we need to keep our military over there. Between them and Syria, they will over run Iraq the minute we leave. IT sad but true. Syria already has all of Iraq's WMD. I am sure all Muslim countries will follow Iran into war. The problem is where will China and Russia go. Russia has too much money invested in Iran to just let them get beat down.

I think Iran are a dangerous state but i don't think it will lead us to world war 3,north korea are far more worriesome.we could end up at war with iran but hopefully it will be sorted out some other way,if we do end up at war though iran as you said definetly are a much stronger enemy than iraq and i don't think the west wants to destabalize the middle east any further than it already has.

Any country where the people are kept in ignorance and are dictated to by corrupt religious zealots, are constantly lied to, oppressed (mainly by force) and are therefor internationally ignorant of other countries societies will always be a threat to the modern world, their only hope lies in the few who manage to escape the oppression and are educated in other less religiously dominated societies to go back and educate the rest.

Personally, I think Israel will launch a low grade nuclear attack on Iran. America will then side with Israel, and Russia will intervene acting as a 'peacemaker'. In reality it will really be on Iran's side and then after a series of stand off's, Armagedon will ensue.

indeed my friend, we live in dangerous times. hostile presidents litter the earth. Pretzel head bush representing the west and hussaini the east. they extrapolate the worst in all things, so only judge with bias eyes of uncomprimise. people should vote 4 peaceful persons that possess humility and love.
.peace man.

If western nations learned to respect other nations and stop interfering in their affairs to suit their own ends, then the world would be a much safer place.
