I agree, it was great fun on Saturday afternoons, I guess it just went ot of fashion about 20 or so years ago. I think Gregg Dyke or one of the TV bigwigs decided it lowered the tone of sport on TV.
American WWF type wrestling was / is on some channels but is not as good as the old stuff of "all in wrestling" days

Pro wrestling?? It is on TV.
The WWE has Monday night Raw, Tuesday night ECW, & Friday night Smackdown.
There's TNA Impact on the Spike channel.
And even MTV's leeched onto it and they have their own crappy version.

It is all Americanised now. No proper wrestling on the tv. If you want to see the posturing bodybuilders who have mouths as big as their muscles you can watch on Sky.

probably becuase children watch it and it promotes violence and they copy it. wrestling is a sport just like any other and on tv they do more than wrestle they hit eachover (well pretend) with metal objects ect. yet wrestling should not be like that

they do on sky. theres even a channel called "the wrestling channel" its on sky sports, twc, bravo 2 and sky one
