Right now, mine is broken, and I'm hoping for a new one for my birthday. I, too, keep mine 5 minutes fast. I have to trick myself.

Both.. I set my with the time clock at work so I don't get in trouble at work and for some reason it won't stay up with the time clock.. I will either lose a few minutes or gain a few minutes... so trying to stay out of trouble at work is a real pain!!!
