My friend steph thinks that im spoiled just because im from a privlaged family. So is she. Just because I have 3 houses doesnt mean im spoiled. Im not the one who bought them. Also just because i said "I want a porche when i turn 16" doesnt mean im getting one. Ive told my friend that i hate it when she says that stuff, but she's like "That was a long time ago" .... and in my head im like ...."uh..no" How can i get her to stop thinking im spoiled?

Hon, I dunno if you can. I grew up in a low middle class family, and trust me, it does NOT go well when my more wealthy friends would talk about expensive things like they were some average gift and easy to obtain. Try to withold talking about your wealth to others. It would leave me feeling pretty worthless if I knew my friend had three homes! I believe that she's feeling similarly, dispite her also privilaged family. Avoid speaking about your worldly treasures, instead talk about what new things are happening in your life.
And be very grateful. Your friend might even just be poking a little fun because she's envious - in a nice way. I have told my buds they're spoiled, only joking around.

I can relate to you on this issue because my family thinks im spoiled because my father gets me and my brother n e thing we want ,he says the reason he is this way is he wants to give us what we wants cause he didn't a lot growing up & he works hard for his money so hes gonna do whatever he wants with it! I told my mom& dad i wanted a rolls -royce phantom 4 my sweet 16 i didn't get that! Just try not to let it bother you cause i hate when ppl call me rich or kids ask u 4 money ,Don't let your friends get to you ,if their really your friend ,they'll stop saying stuff like that

You can't....... and if she's judgemental like that, is she really a good friend? Maybe she's just envious that your parents do own 3 homes, and that they spend money freely- maybe her parents are just as privledged, but more conservative with their money. Just continue to be as down to earth as you already are, and she'll get past whatever makes her think you're spoiled. Or you'll get tired of her and find a new friend :)
