I live in Greece and i don't know how to contact with the network provider.Also i am not the original buyer from the product.Someone on ebay who is Kicked from the ebay administrator sold it to me. Will they unlock it to me ?

They won't unlock it from you. The orange network is Cingular wireless. They loose money every time someone buys their phones to use on another network. They won't do it for you. Sometimes they might unlock it for an existing customer who purchased their phone from them. They hate doing this and will do everything they can to convince you it's not necessary, but they will do so occasionally if you are an existing customer, but they won't do it for you.
Fortunately for you, you can use an unlocking service. These companies know the unlock codes for the phones and don't work for the original manufacturers and will be glad to do it for you for a price. Just type unlock codes into google. You will find several webpages.
