Katie234, think your've got that the wrong way around, most English I know used to support Scotland including me if we weren't playing.
as for 1966 I've never gone on about that I weren't even born, I know were playing crap, but you's are over achieving is the truth.

You have shut me up. But England have to pick up the pace to keep up with the other home nations Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and Scotland. They're either first or second in their groups where England are 4th but on level points with Russia and Israel

I don't see how the English fans can complain about Scotland not supporting them when people like u ask questions like this. Scotland are playing really well at the moment and I don't see any shame in being beaten 2-0 by Italy, in Italy. English fans should not feel better about their failure just beause we're doing well.

Not at all, because we put up a stirring fight against the world champions. We have already beaten the losing finalists in last years world cup. What have England got to cheer abouit at the minute. You have a manager who no one wanted when he got the job and everyone wants sacked now. Your goalkeeper doesn`t know how to take a touch on a simple passback. We are performing above the expectations put on us by the English press whereas you lot had already decided you were going to win the 2008 Euro Championships before the qualifying competition had even started. Bring on Croatia and Russia.

Listen, I'm sick and tired of these English people thinking they're better than everybody else in the British isles(sometimes the world). I'm English, I may hate the Scottish but I don't really want people like you in my country. No wonder there's talk of them becoming independent from us. We're driving them away. I think both they and the Welsh are right to hate us when we have people like you representing us.

We got beat by the world champions, who dived to get there first goal.
You struggled against semi pro footballers who are normally shepards, bin men and bank managers for a whole hour.
So despite losing and england winning, us jocks are still smiling tonight bud.
Oh and for all those people who get angry about them going on about 1966, here a new line for you.
"So your meant to be one of the top teams in the world and you have not won anything in 41 years, you don't sound like a top team to me" lol

maybe if you lot were not as arrogant,maybe, just maybe,
the rest of the home nations would like to see you lot
winning,but use are so full of it you lot think you have the
right to win everything,for a country with a 50 odd million
population , and won one major trophy is shocking,
