I have had the same physical address since 1990.
My neighborhood, as neighborhoods go, is okay.
Property values are medium-low.
Numbers are relative as anyone would know. I mean anyone
who has lived in the United States for longer than 25
years. SO, I have a level of seniority. Even so, people
have lived *here* for 35 or 40 years. Now we have all the
newcomers have come to this town or city since just
1997. Several million.
SO, a house was sold, and now it's rental. For
people recently migrated down from a NE
State(here, that is usually the case, like it or goto NQ).
What do I want? Peace of mind . Keep my beer
instead of giving it to somebody who wants it because
he doesn't have one, and his old lady is waiting for him
over in the FHP's. He's been here 3 months.
I think my objects of desire are very small.
I can't live like at Marvin Gardens.
