Who is the best president before World War 2. Who was the worst?

Best - Abraham Lincoln -- Civil War and Emancipation Proclamation.
Worst - Andrew Jackson -- Ignoring the slaughter and oppression of Indians.

Some say Washington was the best since he turned down making the American presidency indistinguishable from being a king, as that was offered to him. He made up the rules and practices that were not covered in the Constitution that made those that followed also NEVER try to become a king... until recently with Dictator Dumbya and arguably Tricky Dick. Hayes was arguably NOT elected. Harding was ANYTHING BUT a winner. And there were one or two scumbags, historians say, just prior to Abe Lincoln. I don't recall their names.

Best is a tie: George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, John F. Kennedy, Bill Clinton.

Worst: George W. Bush

Clinton the best.
Bush the worst.

I can take a President getting a ******** from his intern cause he created an unprecendented surplus of $237 billion as of FY 2000. That's gone now of course.

But I cannot stand a President for jerking us around by giving us false evidence for invading another country.
