pull the bobber looking thing up and the water will drain

Unfortunately you have 2 options, you can either plunge it and spill a little on the floor and mop it up with towels or you can get a bucket/bowl and take out some of the water and dump it elsewhere so you can plunge and no spill. I know it's gross but wear rubber gloves and shoes so you don't get all yucky! Hope this helps!!

Use a wire clotheshanger.. untwist it at the top and stick it down the hole..
