Definately Liberal bias. Here is a great example regarding today's 'crisis' when GW fired 8 US attorneys--comparing Clinton's firing 93--which drew yawns instead of the outrage a Rebuplican's actions drew:

Strictly speaking, the answer is yes. That's because purely objective reporting is impossible. Every reporter has some difference life experiences, and they come into play when evaluating a story.
That said, there is a lot less bias than the zealots on both sides of the spectrum believe. There really isn't that much room for bias in 98 percent of the stories. The facts are repeated, and people are quoted.
Are members of the media a little more liberal than the population as a whole? Probably. News reporters have an interest in change because that's what makes the profession go, so they probably root for it on some level.
Now -- editorial departments have to be considered separate than news divisions in newspapers. Again, those editorials probably lean Democratic, but -- and people don't believe this, but they should -- it's rare for that to spill over. Same goes for columnists.
On television, CNN and MSNBC lean a litttle to the left at times, while Fox leans to the right. But again -- on most stories the material is presented in virtually the same way.
This subject gets a lot of conversation, but it's less of an issue than some would think.

The media is most definitely LIBERAL DEMOCRAT! They do not report the news, they regurgitate opinions and make the news events fit into their biased, contrived news world. I do not watch any TV news, or read the newspapers with any sense that I am being told the real story. I realize it's not news, but 90% commentary masquerading as news! The Christian Science Monitor is one of THE VERY few who report the events without all the charge in their reporting. However, this is not new. Media has since Vietnam, been very liberal, very democratic-slanted. That's because the people who own the papers control the news, if you can call it that. It's more like propaganda!!
