Hogan has lost to many different guys with several of his latest comebacks: like Triple H, The Rock ( At Wrestlemania ), The Undertaker, and Brock Lesnar. Why do people say that Hogan refuses to lose to anyone after losing to these guys and trying to put Brock Lesnar over? I truly think that a lot of younger people just hear this and repeat what they have heard.

The Doctor-- how can u prove any of that? Were you in the meetings? Are you Hogan's manager? Besides, he agrees to lose to some and refuses to lose to some. Thats how many big namers do it. They worked that hard to choose.

Monique-- That has nothing to do with the question.

Hulk Hogan's backstage politics are world famous. It is widely rumored that the original intentions of SummerSlam 1993 were to place WWF Champion Hulk Hogan against Bret Hart in a colossal passing of the torch. However, given the booking power of Hogan's contract, he refused to put Hart over citing bad taste in a face-versus-face match. A couple years ago with Shawn Michaels, it was discussed that Shawn would get a win and Hogan would take the rematch, Hogan balked at that as well, saying he would not lose any match with Shawn. Bash at the Beach 2000, Hogan refused to job to Jeff Jarrett. He only lost to Goldberg because Eric Bischoff promised him he would be the guy to give Goldberg his first loss, he let Nash do it in exchange for the WCW World Title (fingerpoke of doom). Hogan has calmed down some in recent years, but his exploits are still legendary.

I'm a Hulk fan but he does pull the I will not lose to that guy thing! When he lost to Lesnar it was because he was trying to prove to VM that he was a team player. Check your WCW history! (Jeff Jarrett& Ric Flair) Check out the Mania when Hart beat Yokozuna! He also would not lose to Jake Roberts. (He said at the time that it would be bad for the sport?????)
There are so many more examples but I don't feel like sitting here for an hour for 2 pts.

I'm saying he is wrong or right, but the facts speak for themselves.

I've heard of it yes. Hogan wants to keep that persona of overcoming the odds against anyone, being the good guy. If he gets beaten, he'll lose a lot of momentum and popularity. I didn't agree with pushing Lesnar over. He didn't deserve it. he should've lost to Micheals instead.

you say that Hogan refused to job at Unforgiven as though he's by no capacity carried out that earlier. Why do you think of that he won't wrestle Austin? Why do you think of that he got here lower back on the top of Wrestlemania IX and gained the call for truthfully NO reason in besides? And all of the different circumstances that i'm too drained to keep in mind? Come ON, Hogan is the worst of the WORST as far as his ego and throwing his weight around, even worse than Jeff Jarrett and HHH. he's between the persons I admire least in wrestling. yet, in his top, of direction, he exchange into leaps and limits extra ideal in the hoop than John Cena. Like I reported in the different question, Hogan's workrate in u.s. exchange into especially lots non-existant given which you do no longer would desire to wrestle those forms of fits to recover from with the activities-entertainment followers. in case you watch him wrestle in Japan, you will see him do strikes which you have have been given by no capacity considered from him earlier, by using fact, in Japan, for the main area, wrestling is taken care of as a sport quite than a practice like it fairly is right here. Frankly, WWE treats wrestling as an absolute comedian tale, yet it somewhat is yet another rely fullyyt. the rationalization why that may no longer ok for John Cena is by way of the fact he by no capacity deserved the call in the 1st place, and he ought to be doing something to coach in any different case. And he isn't. he's purely no longer. Now, i understand that the call purely is going to whoever's the biggest draw on the time and that that is not any longer a real opposition, yet he ought to nonetheless, on the least, very own the abilities of a champion. and don't even get me began on that disgusting, eyesore of slightly glitz-bling crap that he calls a championship. He could besides line anybody up who's ever worn the WWE call and spit actual of their faces.
