I have sat here long enough..Time for some yoga..
What kind of exercise do you do??
And how often?

I hate working out...and a lot of people keep asking me what exercise or weight lost program I'm on? I just do little things like take the stairs instead of the elevator and walk instead of driving. Little eating and exercise changes will get you started, because you don't want to jump into a crazy work out routine that your not going to be dedicated to.

Well I like to go to the gym and walk / jog on the treadmill for about 5-10 min and then do the eliptical for about 5 min and then the bike for about 5-10 min and i do that about two times a week and i got tanning too at the gym

I try to walk on the treadmill 4-5 times a week for 40 minutes. WIth a TV on, it goes by quickly.

I only do exercise when I get overweight, then I eat healthy and if I become overweight again I start exercising.

when I was overweight, these were the exercises I did:

Weight Lifting
sit ups/pushups
cardio at the gym- treadmill

I have been exercising on the treadmill six days a week. I try to walk at least 1.75 miles each day.

Cardio/lifting. Several times a week. I also go for walks now cause it's getting warm out, I love being outdoors. :)

I ride an exercise bike when i watch TV. Makes it less boring.

crunches, weight lifting, running every day. In my opinion yoga is useless

30-45 minutes stationary bike
30-45 minutes elliptical or walking
20 minutes of upper/body circuit
100 crunches
