My husband just started wearing his again. I think it just depends on what the guy is comfortable with. I like both done though, not just one.

Not both ears. I hate seeing guys with hoops, or worse, diamond studs in both ears. It's way too girlie.
I like a guy with an earing or two in one ear. I think it's sexy.
Those huge thick things in the ear are awful, no matter how you look at it!

pierced ears don't bother me but if they had those big grommets in, ugh, that would be a big turn off for me.
