I dont know about a video you could watch but i know a song that is quite emotional, its called One Sweet Day by Mariah Carey and Boys 2 men. Oh i do know a good video, Back at one by Brian McKnight, Unbreakable by Westlife. There is loads come to think of it.

Well Its not a real music video as there is no REAL music video but My December by Linkin Park is really emotional. Type it into Youtube and it'll come up with loads of fan videos.

Its not a sad weepie, it has soul, guts, feeling, remorse.... everything.
It is an upbeat tune but the video is about a puppeteer whose puppet comes to life and he falls in love with her.
Sung in French, but that doesn't hide the goosebump phenomenon.
