Red? Swollen? Possible yeast infection.

Sounds like a yeast infections. Have you had any discharge or smell? It wouldn't be a kidney infections because then it would probably hurt to pee as well. With the itching, it sounds like you may have a yeast infection and when you wipe you irritate the skin. Try getting an over the counter medicine for a yeast infection and what ever you do, try not a scratch. This will irritate the skin even more and cause more pain. If the problem persists I would definitely go and see a doctor. Good luck!

It sounds like you're irritated somehow or perhaps have an infection of some kind. Do you notice any abnormal discharge? If so, you might have a yeast infection. If it was a kidney or bladder infection, you'd probably have pain when you urinate and it doesn't sound like you have that.
You might want to make an appointment with the doctor.

Sounds like a urinary tract or bladder infection. Get to the doctor as soon as possible so you can get on antibiotics. My sis gets them all the time and that sounds EXACTLY like what happens to her. Good luck, hon!

I forgot about the ol' yeast infection thing too. Could be that if you've got any kind of discharge or funky smell. Either way, it sounds like some type of infection and you'd best see a doctor.

It is not a kidney infection, because in that case you will have burning sensation when peeing, and some pain in the flanks (lateral back area) It might be a "ingrow" a hair that is stuck in your skin and it can't come out, check your self with a mirrow, and if it is so, in the external area of your vagina you can use a triple antibiotic ointment. If is not that you should go to the dr. and get checked

You probably have a yeast infection. You should go to the drug store and purchase some over the counter medication that should make the pain and itching disappear momentarily.

It is possible that you have a yeast infection. You need to see your doctor. Don't leave it untreated...it may turn into something more serious.

Good Luck :)
