Do you know how the effect in this music video is created? Like i mean mostly the part where all that paint is thrown on the lead singer...i can see that his movements are just basically like pre-flimed and then played backwards for that cool effect, but the part i cant figure out is...how did they do that and make his mouth move in the right way, so its like he´s singing properly while the rest of him and everything else is being played backwards?

Yeah, there are parts where the person is played backwards. They can create a bunch of videos seperately and then put them all into a video editing program and put them all together.

extract the audio or something, reverse the video, and attach them together, edit this edit that, and ba da bing, cool video. It takes a while and some work to make a video like that. Maybe the singer lipsynced the words backwards or something too.
