i cannot take it when thigs are not in order, i cant sleep if my room is messy i share a room with my sister and she just throw her things around and leave rubbish everywhere! if i tell her to clean up she just puts everything behind her blanket when making the bed, my mom is working so shes not home everyday, same for my dad, whenever im staying at home, i spend load of time cleaning up after their trash, no one cleans up the dishes (maybe because they rely on me to do it) no one takes out the trash, no one vaccums the carpet, i do everything! and im only 17! most of the time im in the mood to clean up and i spend time to clean up but sometimes when i start i just never seem to stop until i notice its 11pm and i have to go to bed. i enjoy cleaning but when it gets too much i just start to cry but i cant stop. i cant do the things i enjoy and it just makes me feel bad, but i cant stop because if i do i wont be able to think straight, sleep, im just in a bad mood, whats wrong with me?

no there is nothing wrong with you,I think it is a natural reaction to do,me and my mum are the same in the sense of everything has a place, and should be in their rightful place.I can't stand mess, everything has to be tidy and in it's rightful place.no one in my family does this except me and my mum.I think it is important to be in a tidy environment,as any mess can disrupt,or unbalance the harmony of a house.

My ladies are a lot older now, yet they're each and each of a similar age, so whilst they have been youthful, it replaced into quadrupley extra artwork and stress at as quickly as! i'm uncertain what you recommend via 'mess', muddle? Or actual cleansing? i like cleansing and organzing so i wish i might properly be of provider! As for cleansing, that's exceptionally ordinary for me: once you're executed making waiting or cooking a meal, sparkling as you bypass and wipe down the counters. once you're executed with dinner, wash it after clearing, and swee the floor. Your 2 oldest can actually help! Make a interest out of this each night at dinner; positioned on the radio, and via the top of, say, 2 songs, make a deal that the table would be cleared and washed and the floor would be swept. positioned a splash dish cleansing soap in a twig bottle diluted with water and use a rag to wipe down the table, a million 2 3! common for a 4 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous. Vacuuming is composed of extra artwork, i ought to assert. attempt doing this as quickly as each week, and in between in case you like. Dusting is likewise common and little ones can actually try this, too. provide them damp rags and returned positioned on a music and characteristic them wipe down the baseboards interior the abode. As for company, you first might desire to declutter. I ought to assert that this might contain an afternoon with out the youngsters, so attempt to load them off on your significant different or mom and father so which you will declutter - ONE ROOM AT A TIME. Throw away, donate, sell, save. Set objectives, such as you will declutter the residing room for an hour. After an hour, take an astonishing smash. Then come again to it. the different questions, be at liberty to e mail me. i ought to bypass on all day approximately cleansing!

Awww, I am so sorry that you are dealing with this. Guess what... it is what you are not dealing with, that is causing this behavior. I don't know what is causing you to feel so out of control, that you need to have this kind of control in your life, but something is. Sweetie, go see a counselor, look deep into your sould and mind, and see what is going on. It shouldn't take too long to figure it out, then you can get a handle on this! The other issues that are causing this, dealt with, will not have to continue having a hold on you, once dealt with! You can do this! Good luck!

Could you come & stay with me for a little while? Seriously, I doesn't sound as though you're obsessive. It sounds like they are relying on you to clean up after them. My cousin was obsessive. One example: We had a barbeque at his house (we were outside). Whenever someone put out a cigarette in the ashtray, he would wash it! His wife was immaculate, but he would come home for lunch & clean the bathroom instead of eating lunch. It was already clean. That's obsessive. Have you considered moving out?

Instead of cleaning try exercising. You are having anxiety. You are taking on too much responsibility. You are angry because you feel overwhelmed. No one likes to feel like they are taken for granted. My house is a wreck. I wish I had someone to help me. Your family is lucky. It would be terrible if you were not there.
