Their is this house that is empty and i found out who the owner is and call him to see if hewould rent the house out but their is another guy that is the owner to so he has to ask him. Will we call him on monday and still have not heard any thing back from him. My lease is up at the end of April and my landlord keeps call to see what we aare goin to do. So e call the guy to day a left a message fo him to call back. We re in the military that i why we don't buy right because we will be moveing in two years. Also the house has be empty for for months now that is what the people next door said and they are making changes to the house. what should i do?

Good Morning, I just caught your issues about the house.
So you did ask and got some action going about the empty house.~~~~ Thank you for Best Answer by the way.

You are right it would not be wise to buy a house. Typically it is better to buy a house with long term in sight. Unless of course you can afford to pay a lot of money ahead of time. When looking to rent look at the amount you will spend on utilities. Many times older homes are expensiver to heat and cool because of inadequate insallation. I've said a prayer for you can't guarantee it will always be on my mind. GO USA!!

Well dear put it into the hands of the Lord have faith that he will work everything out. Plus I will pray for you just be very sure that this is the house you want to rent because God answers all of my prayers. Have faith dear he is about to call you trust in the Lord.

Check with your company commander for temporary housing on base on at the bararcks, and quit whinning! Never been in field? Don't you have a tent?! Worst case, ask a single fellow soldier living in on base quarters to put you up till you find something! Huah!

The promise of the Lord is that he will grant us our heart desire. If your desire is to rent that house pray to God faithfully and believe that the house is for you. Intensify efforts to meet with the house owner. Before the end of April, I assure you the good Lord will prove himself to you.

find out from the land registry who actually owns the house and approach them directly

i would keep trying to get in contact with the owners---hopefully all will work out just fine
