Its sometimes hard to trust the people that made you unhappy one time in your life. Its even harder to trust those that break your trust repeatedly.

How can one develope the feeling of love and assosiation with other people if it doesnt come naturally but if you know that is thats what one wants fr his/herself, the that is what others need back too.

Dear Henna, Maybe it is not meant for u to connect to all the people around u. Do not throw your peals to swines. People use u because u allow it and then u feel mistreated. U 1st most love yourself and u will draw love because u are love. One should impress your love and energy not forced. U seem like a lonely person and u are never alone. God is with u. If the people receive you then u can bless them, but if the people reject u then take your blessing back and bless someone else. It is not necessary to spent time on people that care less about by their actions.

....what a good question.......
To make friends, you have to BE one. Listen, without interrupting. Be empathetic, offer suggestions if asked. Share of your own experiences. In doing so your vulnerability will surface and this will connect you to others. Not sure about opening up? Do so in baby steps. Offer to volunteer your time. The ability to love comes from within ourselves first. So keep that in mind....How do you develop love for yourself....start with doing for others......and begin reading this paragraph again.... :)

Always give what you want in return. Even give to the cruds who don't deserve you to be nice, because one day, it will all come back on you in a good way. Treat people like crap and guess what happens? That's what you will get in return. It's called Karma. Get it?
