It's hard to say, not knowing your friend. It is possible that she is a ho. It is also possible that the person calling her that is a nimbus brain. The bottom line is that why should she care? I remember an old Walton's TV movie called The Homecoming. One of the Walton kids gets called a piss ant and goes whining to her mother. The mother says, "Well, are you a piss ant?" and of course, the girl says "No". The point being, that if you know it isn't true, why be concerned about it?

Maybe she was doing something worthy of being called that.
But it's more likely that whoever called her the name just wanted to be malicious and couldn't think of anything smarter to say.

Those who called her a hoe are saying she's easy, she has sex with multiple people. Is this true? idk, maybe, maybe not, in those joyful teen years many people get called many things that very often they are not. I remember a group of guys in high school claimed to have had sex with me, I didnt EVEN KNOW THEM, but thats what they said, thats what everyone believed.
